I’ve been counting how many books i have left like every night.

and i am really close to finishing.

I just really have to push it to finish by march.

Two months of hard labor,

then five months of fun.

Well thats what i keep telling myself.

and then myself tells me that i could just have like 4 of easy labor instead of going through all the hard labor now.

but i just really REALLY need to finish up 12th grade like as soon as possible.

but life has been good.

I guess i have been starting to feel like time has been really getting away from me.

its almost march, and then after march is april, then may, then june, then july, and then i start college and its like

WHAT?

so i really want to like enjoy everything before the beginning of my so called

“adulthood”

starts.

I was dreading going to school this year because i thought I would feel really old,

and i still do,

but i the good part is that I feel super smart all the time because i can help everyone else with their

academic work problems.

So tomorrow i will be speaking for chapel,

300 kids.

600 eyes.

well like 600 eyes ++ because i didnt include the teachers and all.

I feel really nervous.

I haven’t really spoken to that many people before.

Well that’s all…..

The Waiting Game

So i got accepted into college.

YAY.

haha its just really werid to come to the end of like a really long but important process and then

to actually succeed feels werid.

not that im even complaining im just relived that half the battle is over.

Now that im accepted i have to like apply for scholarships which is the other half.

But still praying and believing that the right doors are going to opened.

anyways the other day i was talking to gong about star wars and he goes

“YOU ARE MYYYYYY SONNNN”

and it took me a second to understand that he was trying to quote the line

“I AM YOUR FATHERR”

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

made my like entire week.

still makes me laugh when i think about it.

in other important news:

i decided that trigonometry and physics are not for me.

and i really need to buy the movie The Princess Bride.

High Gear

SO that is basically what ive been feeling for the past couple of weeks.

HOWEVER.

my interview is finished with so i feel more relaxed and ive been able to sleep so i feel more normal now.

Thank you all so much for the prayers and all the support that was given to me.

It’s all in God’s hands now so we just have to wait and see.

i hate waiting but its okay because i have lots of things to do.

ANYWAYS.

so my mom left and came back and brought food and other things so that was nice.

and um well i went out with some other pk’s for lunch and movie!

yeah i know the pic is really not very good but owh well.

it was really fun and it was nice to have a day free of stress.

nice to meet sam and eunice and nice to catch up with grace and eugene.

so as you can probably see it was a nice day.

we watched haywire.

i HIGHLY recommend that you NOT watch it.

It was really bad. like no kidding.

like i can totally deal with action movies. i like them if they have good plot and all.

but haywire is just a lot of blood, and hitting, and killing.

with very very bad plot.

so if you like that well then i guess you would like haywire.

otherwise its really just not that great.

anyway.

um my course work for school is like really tough!

i mean i guess 12th grade is supposed to be tough but its really killing me.

the math and science anyway.

but mr.nick has been really good to me and has been really great in helping me out with that.

This week is the first CF of the year and i am really excited to see how well the team is going to do.

so yup! thats pretty much all thats been happening so far.

hopefully ill have more exciting things to write about soon!

And All I Wanted to Say Was Something Real

Helloooo.

SO i booked a college interview. With a really good college.

I am kind of nervous.

So if you feel like you want to be nice to me you could pray for me.

like all the time.

HAHAHA. I’m just kidding but any prayers that are directed my way are very much appreciated!

My moods lately have been exactly like the ones shown above.

12th grade is really stressing me out.

Its so hard and it takes me forever to study and forever to take the tests.

I just want to be really sure because i do not want to mess up my GPA for like 12th grade.

My deadline is March. I’m like really close but yet really far away.

Hate that feeling.

The other day my sister had worship practice and I got to bond with these two little people.

They are like my favorite little people ever.

Really nice and they have a good sense of humor.

A good sense of humor always goes a long way with me.

I feel really proud of how they’ve grown up and all.

Really honored to have served with them last year too! (:

Had brunch with that man there and the sister.

It was so nice to see him after like ever.

Still the same jon tho.

He took us to this place called whisk?

The coffee was yum.

I’m actually quite impressed that vickie drank it.

Her “coffee” = fraps

Which we all know is NOT coffee.

If you’re like wondering how like all the sudden i’m posting up so many like pictures

its because i have an iphone now.

Well i have my mom’s old iphone so its way easier to take and upload.

MY FAVVORITE MOVIE IS COMING TO TOWN IN FLIPPEN 3D.

I can’t portray my excitement to you.

I cant wait its going to be like so awesome.

How can anyone NOT like beauty and the beast I’ll never know.

But i am really excited to see that.

Even though i have the DVD

and

like watched it billions of times.

Star Wars Episode I is also coming in 3D and so is Lion King.

But i am most excited about Beauty and the Beast.

ANYWAYS.

New Adventures

HEYY EVERYONE.

So i pretty much started the new year meeting up with some of the most awesome people ever.

THE PK COMMITTEE. (:

We had really good fellowship and I guess its just nice to be around other Pk’s.

The banana’s were reunited for a short time and they’re always fun. (:

So that was totally fun and we had such an awesome filled prayer meeting after that.

Our prayer meeting was FIVE HOURS. HAHA.

if you know me that could sound shocking because I will be the first to admit that prayer is not my strongest area.

However the time we spent was very refreshing and like soothing.

Like a getting a big gulp of air before the hectic-ness of the year starts up again.

And then after that there were a group of us that went out to eat,

and me and grace being the “sickly” ones went to McD’s and got the porridge.

HAHA. SOUNDS LAME.

but grace was sick from food poisoning by like coffee shops like that and lately ive been hearing horror stories.

better to be safe then sorry?

but the porridge wasnt that bad but wasnt that too good either.

Went we went back they started to play monoply deal and Phoebe was kind enough to teach me.

SO we pretty much played that till like 4AM. I won two games. (Y)

And then after that we woke up and we had a great breakfast and a little bit more of fellowship.

AND THEN MARCUS HAD TO LEAVE.

But ill hopefully see him stateside.

OWH OWH. AND I LEARNED THAT APPARENTLY IM LIKE NOT AN INTROVERT.

I am tho. Everyone seems to disagree, but its like inside I really feel like I am an introvert.

So anyway that was a good two days spent.

Then school started. I really dont have pictures of that but it’s been good.

I feel like sooo old. Everyone is like so young and like filled with energy,

i feel so slow next to them. HAHA.

but nice to see a lot of familiar faces

I am quite happy with my cubicle so thats good.

I was sick but now im better and then my mom got sick.

But she’s better now.

My dad has been calling me the germ passer.

So i think thats all I have to say about the last few weeks.

SO 2012 IS FINALLY HERE.

and i cant believe it.

I remember when i was like in the first grade and feeling so excited about 2012.

Because 2012 would be the day that I finally graduated from school,

it seemed so far away.

not so far away anymore.

This year definitely started a little bit rocky,

however i have to say it has been like the best year ever.

I have grown like so much over this year,

and its amazing that despite all my failures and shortcomings that God has still

remained faithful to me.

I am so grateful for that and sometimes i wonder how its ever possible,

but all i know is that the scriptures are true,

his mercies are new EVERY morning.

Its like i feel bad for the people who thought that the world really was going to end in 2012,

to live in such an evil and confused world,

to live in uncertainty all the time.

Makes me so glad that i have Jesus. (:

On another note, I have been like sick.

like really disgustingly sick.

I have this really bad virus and it just made me feel so gross inside.

and i had to go to watch night service like that,

I FELT LIKE I WAS DYING. haha

major exaggeration but it was pretty bad.

Then i started a fever during the service,

but i got a panadol and i’m on antibiotics so it like slightly improved itself.

THE FIREWORKS AT CHURCH WERE LIKE SO AMAZING.

It’s like the best fireworks i have ever seen.

THEY WERE AMAZINGGGGG.

like thats the best i can do with my iphone camera but just know that in real life it was like

100 times better.

SO with all that being said,

I am looking forward to the new year and expecting greater things!

So anyways, Its almost Christmas and I’ve always loved Christmas so

i am pretty excited.

But then i realized that its kinda like my last christmas at home.

and im kinda like

WHERE DID ALL THE TIME GO.

like its just werid how we all have to grow up.

And i guess its exciting and I really have to thank God for

showing His favor in my life.

With my good SAT result it looks like things are heading where i want them to go.

But then you know you get this werid feeling that you are going to be an independent adult soon kinda of sort of.

ANYWAYS

PK CAMP WAS AWESOME.

like the presence of God was just so tangible.

and its so rare to have that.

I worship lead the first session and it was the EASIEST session i have ever had to do.

Everything just flowed and it was just so moving.

I totally feel refreshed and ready to take on the world.

Pastor’s Gabe message was motivating as usual.

So super thankful for wonderful sessions.

I FOUND OUT THAT IM NOT THE ONLY BANANA AROUND.

which is nice.

and i know this is really sad but i only have like one photo from camp

thats with my BFF, Mr. I’m so busy being famous.

BUT I JUST WANT TO SAY THAT I KNEW I WASNT LIKE INSANE.

like i totally knew i knew him.

PROOF:

SO HA. i am totally sane.

Got to meet like the forever organized grace.

She really inspires me to be organized and i am like in super awe how much work she did

for camp.

FINALLY GOT TO SERVE WITH JOSH AFTER LIKE AN ETERNITY.

so that was fun.

I didnt realize how competitive Pk’s could be.

HAHA. (:

Reconnected with Joel. For some reason he connects Obama with me.

o_O

Met the Raj brothers. Totally cool.

They have they like best vocals ive heard in a long time.

but um yeah.

it was a totally fun experience and I am truly blessed to have met everyone.

on another note.

Our Christmas Carnival was a huge success,

and i think 60 people got saved and we had over 1000 people attend.

SO THAT WAS FUN.

Matt won me a fish.

So i have another camp soon and ill be seeing some of the Pk’s there so its super exciting,

and my men are tagging along.

It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year

ITS DECEMBERRR!

Which means that it is ALMOST Christmas.

I cant wait for Christmas.

I can wait to bake for Christmas.

Well i baked poppyseed bread.

That was yummy.

I ended up with two loaves and then realized I didnt know

who was going to eat it because my family couldnt have.

Good thing my cousins liked it, so i gave them the other loaf.

I cant wait to bake gingerbread men,

and christmas cookies to ice,

and other stuff.

I’m cooking Christmas Dinner!!!!

The menu is still up for discussion but its going to be a good one,

I hope so at least.

SO the thing is that i dont really know what to get any of my family member’s for christmas.

but then i dont know what i want for christmas either.

I guess its a good place to be when you dont really want anything because you have what you want,

and you dont really need anything either.

Oh and i really want to get into alliteration.

like speaking it into sentences.

Looking Back

So after graduating ive been thinking a lot about the past three years.

So many good memories along with some bad ones.

But I mostly see God’s goodness in my life.

Moving here to Malaysia has been one of the most difficult transitions of my life.

It was so hard to leave everything that I knew,

leave everything to go to a place that I did not want to be in,

a place where i so clearly did not fit in.

I can remember the anger and frustration that I felt at that time.

But now, looking at the whole picture,

I see God’s faithfulness in my life.

He blessed me with such great friends who have been so supportive of me.

He blessed me with an amazing team who has shown me what leadership is.

He blessed me with a family who has always been on my side.

So you see when I look back, all I can see is God’s goodness.

And I feel truly thankful.

So I just want to do some mini shout outs to some awesome people.

My Family. No words to describe the amazingness of the Phangs!! <3

But I will thank them for always being patient with me,

for always being on my side,

and for always being supportive of whatever I do.

You have always been there for me and for that I am so thankful that

God blessed me with you!

always been really appreciative of it!
